Some may wonder if that’s a conflict of interest…rest assured, I’m not going to risk my reputation nor both of my licenses doing anything that is not on the level and totally forthright and unbiased. (You can ask any of my clients and they can explain to you how I work).

As a licensed Home Inspector (as well as licensed real estate broker), I offer an additional service of a pre-listing inspection. The pre-listing inspection helps you grasp what a buyer might find during their inspection of your property. You’ll be better equipped to decide what repairs/issues (if any) you may want to remedy prior to listing, help with negotiations, etc.
